Pn Automation ("us", "we", or "our") operates the BDForce app ("App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App. By using the BDForce app, you consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect :

1. Personal Information

While using our BDForce App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to create a user profile in our BDForce app. With users’ permission, this personally identifiable information may include:
              1- Name
              2- Email Address
              3- Mobile Number
             4- Contact List Information
            5- Location Data (Approx.)
We limit the access, collection, use, and sharing of personal and sensitive user data acquired through our App to app and service functionality and policy-conforming purposes reasonably expected by the user. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

2. Log Data

We collect information that the app sends whenever you visit any view in the app. This Log Data may include information such as your device type, device name, location, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics and analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics). However, we do not disclose your personally-identifying information.

3. Publicly Available Information Using Generative AI

If the user allows it in the settings, we may collect publicly available information about the user using Generative AI to enhance the user experience. This information is utilized to augment the user’s profile and features within the app. It is only visible to the user's connections within the app and is not shared with third parties.

4. Prominent Disclosure & Consent Requirement

We provide in-app disclosure of our data access, collection, use, and sharing. The in-app disclosure:
              1- Is within the app itself
              2- Can be accessed by navigating to the 'Privacy Policy' in the settings from the drawer
              3- Describes the data being accessed or collected
              4- Explains how the data will be used and/or shared

5. Consent and Runtime Permissions

Requests for in-app user consent and runtime permission requests are immediately preceded by an in-app disclosure. The app's request for consent:
              1- Presents the consent dialog clearly and unambiguously
              2- Requires affirmative user action (e.g., tap to accept, tick a check-box)
              3- Does not interpret navigation away from the disclosure as consent
              4- Is granted by the user before the app can begin to collect or access the personal and sensitive user data

We may collect and use information from your contact list only if granted by the user before the app can begin to collect or access the contact list data. We ensure that this information is used solely for the purpose it was collected and is not shared with third parties, except as disclosed in this policy.
