

Mr. Patrick Giardina is CEO of Atlantic Capital International, LLC, a Washington, DC advisory firm serving capital markets, public-private partnership (P3), and defense infrastructure clients. He also serves as Founder and Principal Managing Partner of Simon-Gardner, an investment platform focused on acquiring, repositioning, and tokenizing real-world assets across the Southwest United States, as Executive Advisor to Tiberis, as an Advisory Board Member of Pn Automation, and Corporate Defense Properties.
Across a 25-year career, Patrick has structured and executed more than $10 billion in transactions spanning P3s, real estate, and renewable energy infrastructure, including landmark solar, water, conservation, and mixed-use developments. From 2015 to 2025, he served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Energy and Infrastructure at Salas O'Brien, where he led a Department of Defense-focused advisory business unit.
Earlier, he served as Director of Land Acquisition at Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Yield and spent seven years with the US Army Corps of Engineers executing Enhanced Use Lease, housing privatization, and utilities privatization programs. In 2025, he served as Co-Head of Funds at GT Titan, leading 30 GW of global geothermal development for data center, compute, and AI infrastructure.
Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Kansas School of Business, along with Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials. His expertise spans project finance, federal real estate, energy resilience, and defense infrastructure.
