Training

Never stop learning: Training

PnAutomation offer training with all our projects. When we develop training, we follow our internal training design standards. These standards define the connection between the purpose of the course, training objectives, instructional content, instructional methods, and the participants. The following standards are followed when developing Pn Automation guided training sessions.

1
Identify the rational for providing the training material. Answer the question: Why we are devoting time to this training?
2
Develop an outline of the objective(s) of the training material. This step is critical in measuring the effectiveness of the training.
3
Ensure that the content supporting the training aligns with objective(s) defined in the previous step. All training content written, visual or verbal should support the defined objective(s) of the training.
4
Determine the most effective way to deliver content. Some training topics may require in person training, while some training session may require in person delivery of content. Depending on the content being delivered consider recording the session so it can be referred to later.
5
Define the strategies to facilitate learning. Will this training be instructional, hands on, exploratory or a combination one or more of these strategies?
6
Whenever possible include hands on training to reinforce understanding and application of concepts/topics taught.
7
Measure effectiveness of training. This should be three part; 1-provide participants with feedback forms, 2-allow sufficient time for participant questions and 3-gauge interaction level/interest in topics provided by content and instructor.
8
Improve subsequent training session based on previous observations and feedback.
