Mr. Nitin Baviskar

Mr. Nitin Baviskar is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and the President & CEO of Pn Automation, Inc. With over 30 years of experience across technical innovation, enterprise architecture, and executive management, Mr. Baviskar has established Pn Automation as a trusted prime contractor for major U.S. Federal agencies and enterprise commercial clients. Under his leadership, Pn Automation has achieved nationwide recognition, including placement on the Inc. 5000 list and The Financial Times ranking of America’s fastest-growing companies.

Mr. Baviskar plays a central role in driving innovative technology adoption and system integration across complex organizational environments. Dedicated to customer empowerment, he leads strategic initiatives that equip federal and enterprise leadership with actionable, modern IT solutions tailored to their operational goals. His career spans the successful delivery of more than 250 enterprise IT solutions, encompassing AI/ML automation, secure edge infrastructure, mobile computing, cloud integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and cybersecurity. He has spearheaded critical IT initiatives supporting key government stakeholders, including the U.S. Department of Defense (USMC, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy), USAID, FDA, HHS, VA, EPA, FAA, and DHS ICE, alongside commercial leaders such as Centene Corporation, CenterPoint Energy, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Prior to founding Pn Automation in 2004, Mr. Baviskar began his career in IT management in the Washington, D.C. area, including key roles at GE Financial. He graduated from Pune University in 1995 with degrees in Science and Information Technology. Active in regional leadership and technology networks, Mr. Baviskar serves on the Board of Directors for both TiE DC and the Fort Meade Alliance Foundation. A champion of continuous learning, he regularly advances Pn Automation’s strategic capabilities through executive training in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning at MIT Professional Education.
