Baltimore, Maryland — August 29, 2026 — Pn Automation, Inc. today announced the appointment of Lieutenant General (Ret.) Giovanni K. “GI” Tuck, U.S. Air Force, to its Strategic Advisory Board.
General Tuck brings 33 years of distinguished U.S. Air Force service and extensive leadership experience spanning logistics, transportation, global mobility, operations, readiness, sustainment, and strategic planning. His appointment adds significant Joint logistics and operational leadership experience to Pn Automation’s Strategic Advisory Board.

During his Air Force career, General Tuck served as Director for Logistics (J4), The Joint Staff, where he was responsible for integrating logistics planning and execution in support of global military operations.
Prior to his Joint Staff assignment, General Tuck served as Commander, 18th Air Force, where he led Air Mobility Command’s operational mission supporting global mobility through airlift, aerial refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and contingency response.
His military career also included assignments as Director of Operations and Plans at U.S. Transportation Command and Commander of Defense Logistics Agency Energy. General Tuck is a command pilot with more than 4,800 flying hours.
Following his retirement from the Air Force, General Tuck continued his public service as Deputy Director for Supply, Production and Distribution for the Federal COVID-19 Response, serving as a member of the Army Senior Executive Service.
In this role, he applied his extensive logistics experience to supply, production, and distribution activities involving government and industry.
General Tuck subsequently continued his leadership career in industry, bringing experience across military and government markets, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, supply-chain management, production and distribution, and information technology.
Pn Automation established its Strategic Advisory Board to bring together accomplished leaders with diverse experience across military operations, federal technology, cybersecurity, healthcare IT, finance and investments, business growth, and national security.
The Board provides Pn Automation’s leadership with strategic perspectives as the company continues to grow, strengthen its capabilities, and support increasingly complex federal missions.
General Tuck adds particular depth in four areas:
His experience complements the expertise of Pn Automation’s existing Strategic Advisory Board members while adding a distinct perspective on the logistics, mobility, readiness, and sustainment capabilities essential to military operations.
General Tuck joins the Strategic Advisory Board as Pn Automation continues to expand its capabilities and support mission-critical programs across the Department of Defense and civilian federal agencies.
His experience operating at the intersection of mission requirements, logistics, readiness, people, and large-scale operations will provide an important perspective as Pn Automation continues its growth in the federal marketplace.
“We are honored to welcome Lieutenant General Giovanni Tuck to Pn Automation’s Strategic Advisory Board. His extraordinary record of leadership across the Air Force, Joint Staff, federal government, and industry brings a valuable perspective to our company.
